Olivia is our Customer Service Team Leader. As an aspiring therapist, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Counselling, Olivia is highly empathetic and motivated. She is passionate about connecting with people a compassionate and non-judgemental manner, to support them on their mental health journey.
Olivia brings with her a strong background in administration and customer service. Driven to expand her knowledge and skills in the mental health industry, she is resourceful, adaptable, and takes pride in her work. Olivia enjoys learning about human behaviour and uses her strong organisational and communication skills to support our clients and practitioners from different backgrounds.
Olivia supports our clients with their enquiries in a caring and efficient manner. She also collaborates with our psychologists, and enjoys working towards a shared goal of providing a high level of client care. She feels fulfilled knowing that her work can create positive changes in the lives of others.
Olivia has various responsibilities, including training new staff and practitioners on internal operations and procedures, developing and optimising administrative processes, managing complex enquiries and escalations, designating internal tasks, managing the admin team’s workflow, managing accounts, invoicing, and more.
Olivia finds problem-solving to be one of the most interesting parts of her role. She especially enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems efficiently and effectively, to consistently provide the best service possible.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys reading, yoga, cooking, and spending time with her partner and friends.
