Charlotte Nagle
Professional Experience
Charlotte is our Customer Service Coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Law (Hons), with specialisations in Healthcare, Disability and Social Law.
Charlotte is an experienced medical administrator with a keen interest in psychology. She has worked in various places with people from different backgrounds, including volunteering for a crisis line in the UK, providing learning and pastoral support to children with autism, and working as a kayak instructor in Santorini.
Charlotte is positive, calm and easy-going. She is kind and empathetic with any enquiry that comes through. With family being a core value in her life, she often considers how she would want her own loved ones to be treated—guiding her to offer genuine care and respect to each client.
Charlotte helps our clients with enquiries, performs administrative tasks, liaises with third-parties, and supports our team of 40+ psychologists. She enjoys working with our psychologists, appreciating their insightfulness and supportive nature. Communication and empathy are central to their work—this is reflected in the way they treat the administrative team.
Charlotte appreciates that no two days are the same, and enjoys connecting with a variety of people and supporting them in different ways. She finds it deeply rewarding to help match clients with the right psychologist and support them on their mental health journey. For her, it is especially fulfilling to witness clients building a good relationship with their psychologist and themselves. When she’s not working, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her tuxedo cats, watching F1, playing the piano, snorkelling at the beach, having movie nights with her friends and partner, and calling her loved ones back home.
