New Vision Psychology Burwood is conveniently located at 16 Railway Parade in the Inner West, which is only a 2-minute walk from Burwood train station.

You will find limited street parking along Railway Parade. Alternatively, there is 2-hour free parking available at Burwood Plaza (access via Wynne Ave).

If you’re taking a bus, alight at either Stand E or Stand F along Burwood Rd.

Yes. As all our clinical psychologists are part of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and all our therapists are members of the Australian Psychological Society, you can get a psychological therapy Medicare rebate of $98.95 per session for a Registered Psychologist, or $145.25 per session for a Clinical Psychologist.

To be eligible for Medicare rebates, you must get a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your General Practitioner (GP) or a relevant medical specialist.

On Mondays to Fridays, our first appointment in the Inner West is at 9am and our last appointment is at 9pm.

On Saturdays, we are open between 9am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Appointment times depend on each practitioner’s availabilities.

Reception is available on Mondays to Fridays between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

You are welcome to speak to us about any specific questions or concerns you may have.

We understand if you prefer not to have in-person sessions during this time. We offer telehealth (video and phone) options for most of our mental health treatment services. You may book these online or over the phone.
