Fahmida is our Customer Service Coordinator. She has a Bachelor of Science and is currently completing her Honours in Psychology.
Fahmida is empathetic, positive, and kind. She previously worked as an Autism Information Advisor at an autism organisation and as a Front Office Coordinator at a dental clinic. With a strong academic background in psychology, she is eager to continue pursuing her passion for mental health through her work. She recognises that while mental health is vital, it is often overlooked in favour of other perceived priorities. In this role, she finds purpose in making a small yet positive impact — supporting individuals in prioritising their mental wellbeing.
Fahmida provides exceptional customer service and client care. She assists our clients in finding the right psychologist for their needs, and helps ensure a smooth and comfortable experience throughout their mental health journey. She is highly motivated to help our clients feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for — this drives her to give her best each day.
Fahmida enjoys the wide variety of people and enquiries she encounters; no two days are the same. Working with a large team of psychologists, she appreciates the nuanced approaches to therapy and client care. With therapy being such a personalised process, she finds it fascinating how each approach can benefit individuals in unique ways. She finds it deeply rewarding to be a part of each client’s journey in creating a healthier and happier life.
When she isn’t working, Fahmida enjoys finding new brunch spots, reading, trying out new baking recipes, going for walks, watching Love Island, and spending time with her family and friends.
