Professional Experience
Grace is our Customer Service Coordinator. She has a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics and a background in customer service and language education. She is bilingual and also speaks Mandarin.
Passionate about languages, cultures and mental health, Grace enjoys connecting with people and finding ways to be helpful and supportive. She is currently pursing a Psychology degree, and this role gives her valuable insights into the industry.
Grace is easy-going, gentle and kind. She supports clients and ensures their experience is as smooth as possible. Her responsibilities include answering phone enquiries, managing bookings, scheduling appointments, liaising with psychologists and doctors, and handling a range of administrative tasks to help our clinic run seamlessly and efficiently.
Grace believes that mental health is a crucial part of overall well-being, especially in today’s fast-paced world. Her goal is to support people who are struggling and connect them with the right psychologist for their needs. Grace enjoys working with our team of understanding and compassionate psychologists. She appreciates being part of a supportive, positive team that genuinely cares about the well-being of others.
Grace is driven by her desire to keep learning and growing, both personally and professionally. She finds deep fulfilment in helping others—knowing that she has made someone’s day a little easier or supported them in finding the help they need is what motivates her most at work.
When she’s not working, Grace enjoys reading, going for runs, relaxing with a good movie or TV show, and spending time with friends and family.
