Prakriti is our Customer Service Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology and is completing her Honours in Diploma of Psychology (Advanced). She is also currently obtaining her qualifications to become an Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapist.
Prakriti has always wanted to work in mental health and is driven by her passion for helping others. As an aspiring psychologist, she loves that this role enables her to gain administrative experience and understand how things work behind the scenes.
Prakriti ensures everything runs smoothly at our clinic – from making bookings, to managing emails and phone calls, and organising documentation for client appointments. Her responsibility is to make the process of seeking professional help as smooth and comfortable as possible for our clients.
Prakriti combines her customer service skills with her compassion and empathy to offer our clients support in challenging times. Her naturally calm and patient manner enables her to communicate effectively with anxious clients, ensuring they feel safe and satisfied. She has been professionally trained to match each client with the best suited psychologist to maximise treatment outcomes. Through her work, she is fulfilling her goal of helping people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
When she’s not working or studying, Prakriti likes to spend time with her friends and family and her 2-year-old cavoodle, Milo. She loves winding down on weekends with lots of self-care, going to local markets and soaking in the sun.
Prakriti is bilingual and also speaks Nepali.
