Counselling Style

“The first session usually comprises of getting to know you as well as setting the goals of your therapy together with you.”

If there is anything pressing that you wish to speak about, Sindy wants you to know that all you need to do is let her know at the beginning of the session so that it will be prioritised.

“I will usually guide the first session so don’t feel like it will be formal like a job interview!”

Above all else, her advice to you is to relax and to trust in the process.
