Kristy Zimmer
” It’s very normal to feel nervous about engaging in therapy; most people have a natural fear of the unknown. Taking part in therapy can feel vulnerable and it’s natural to want to protect yourself. At the same time, therapy can also bring relief – giving you a space dedicated to focusing on yourself and improving your wellbeing.”
Kristy Zimmer
